The Junior Statesmen of America Summer School program is an annual program open to student leaders in grades 9-11. Each year, one of four full scholarships is offered by the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) to participate in a Junior Statesmen Summer School in the United States. Scholarships cover all tuition fees and transfers to and from the students` summer school. This scholarship is awarded to students who obtain the best places (1st, 2nd and 3rd) in the academic examination of the year/semester. The Cultural Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in Majuro coordinates the program for the Marshall Islands.
