The 12th edition of the CPAP Study Guide to VCE Legal Studies (2023) is a publication designed to complement each text in the VCE 3 and 4 Legal Studies Units. The new 12th edition is revised by author Megan Blake and continues to be closely based on the current study design. The study guide will follow the same format as previous editions to include the key information students need to successfully complete the VCE Legal Studies Unit 3 and 4 course. The author will use her years of experience as a teacher, facilitator and exam evaluator to cover the most important knowledge and skills so as to focus on preparing for exam work, especially the end-of-year exam. The 12th edition contains the latest „review tips“ as well as the inclusion of new developments related to theory/practice and/or interpretations of study design. The publication will include an updated „bonus year-end exam,“ updated mini-exams for each field of study, and revised „You Are the Evaluator“ sections, which have proven popular with students preparing for assessment tasks throughout the year.
