In collaboration with Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum Sumpah Pemuda (STIHPADA), Goodwood Conferences is hosting the International Conference on Legal Studies (ICoLS) on the special theme „Justice in Cyber World: against the evolution of cybercrime“. This conference will take place on November 30, 2022. In this first row, ICoLS will provide an excellent forum for researchers from around the world to collaborate and share new ideas and ideas aimed at accelerating the development of legal studies, particularly as it relates to cybercrime. The conference will be different from previous meetings. In recent years, LSA and its partner associations have had to adapt to the current circumstances of COVID-19. We plan to offer a virtual meeting option and some sessions that will be available in person and online. Even after the formal abolition of slavery, colonization became a rebranded form of human subjugation and subordination, clearly visible through the lenses of Europe`s imperial expansion in Asia and Africa, a precursor to modern forms of slavery and predatory methods in which modern societies exploit the non-human environment. The resulting violence and exploitation remain to this day a point of social, legal, cultural and even ecological trauma.
