While nothing prevents you from using the type of gas you want, you need to be prepared for the consequences if you do. Standard fuel affects the operation of your entire engine system and significantly reduces the performance of your BMW. In fact, high-performance gasoline doesn`t cost as much as you think. It is estimated that using high-performance fuel costs BMW drivers an additional $150 per year, or less than $3 per week. That`s much less than the price you`ll pay for damage to your BMW`s engine if you don`t use the recommended fuel. We do not recommend using low-quality fuel in BMWs.
