Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Marian worked at a multi-jurisdictional law firm, where she focused on transactional matters and commercial litigation. She has successfully litigated trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, unfair trade practices, and violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. At Fisher Phillips, Marian will use her litigation experience to represent employers in all aspects of employment law. She will also help employers of all sizes prevent workplace conflict by advising on regulatory compliance, employee training, manuals and policy creation. Scott Mahoney is a partner in the Las Vegas office. He is an experienced litigator who defends harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful dismissal and other causes.
